  Terms of Use for @rent   Important – Read Carefully:  These Terms of Use constitute a legal contract between you and Realty Embracing New Technology LLC d/b/a @rent (“@rent”) governing your visits to this website (“myrentUS.com”), maintained to provide real estate rental information services for landlords, tenants, and real estate agents (collectively, the “Services”).   Access to the public areas and information available at myrentUS.com is provided as a courtesy and at no charge, subject to the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, do not use myrentUS.com or the Services and exit now. If you are a real estate agent and wish to manage a private label version of this site, you must first subscribe to the @rent agent services and indicate your express assent to the terms of the @rent Agent Subscription Agreement [link].   You are authorized to access, use, and copy information and materials available on the public portions of myrentUS.com for your personal, noncommercial use only. This information and material is protected by US and international copyright and other intellectual property laws and may not otherwise be copied, crawled, scraped, distributed, modified, re-published, or transmitted in any other manner or for any other purpose, except as may be expressly authorized in writing in advance by @rent.  Violation of these Terms of Use will give rise to breach of contract claims and may also result in infringement of intellectual property rights of @rent or third parties, which is prohibited by law and could result in substantial civil and criminal penalties. You may not create framed links or deep links to the @rent Site without the express written consent of @rent. The @rent logo, and all related design marks and slogans are the trademarks or service marks of @rent. You are not authorized to use any @rent name or mark in any advertising, publicity, or any other commercial manner without the prior written consent of @rent.     @rent does not broker, lease, or sublease real property directly and is not a party to any transaction between landlords and tenants. @rent does not warrant or guarantee the condition of any rental property or any representation of any participating landlord, tenant, or agent; it is not a party to any lease or rental agreement; it does not collect or process deposits or rent.   This site may link you to other sites on the Internet (“Linked Sites”). The Linked Sites are not under @rent’s control, and @rent is not responsible for the contents of any Linked sites, including without limitation the accuracy, copyright compliance, legality, or decency of the Linked Sites or any links contained therein. These links are provided for your convenience and do not imply endorsement of the Linked Sites by @rent.   By using @rent you agree not to:

• post, upload, or distribute any defamatory, libelous, or inaccurate User Comments, or other content; 
• post, upload, or distribute any User Comments or other content that is unlawful or that a reasonable person could deem to be objectionable, offensive, indecent, pornographic, invasive of another’s privacy, harassing, threatening, embarrassing, distressing, vulgar, hateful, racially or ethnically offensive, or otherwise inappropriate;
• make unsolicited offers, advertisements, proposals, or send junk mail or spam to other Users of myrentUS.com. This includes, but is not limited to, unsolicited advertising, promotional materials, or other solicitation material, bulk mailing of commercial advertising, chain mail, informational announcements, charity requests, and petitions for signatures;
• use myrentUS.com for any illegal purpose, or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law, including, without limitation, laws governing intellectual property and other proprietary rights, and data protection and privacy;
• defame, harass, abuse, threaten or defraud Users of myrentUS.com, or collect, or attempt to collect, personal information about Users or third parties without their consent; use myrentUS.com if You are under the age of thirteen (13) years old; 
• reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of myrentUS.com or any part thereof, except and only to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law notwithstanding this limitation; 
• modify, adapt, translate or create derivative works based upon myrentUS.com or any part thereof, except and only to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law notwithstanding this limitation;  relay email from a third party’s mail servers without the permission of that third party;
• forge headers or otherwise manipulate identifiers in order to disguise the origin of any content transmitted through myrentUS.com;

1. A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right under copyright law that is allegedly infringed;
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed or, if multiple copyrighted works at a single online site are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works at that site;
3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit the service provider to locate the material;
4. Information reasonably sufficient to permit @rentUS to contact the complaining party, such as an address, telephone number, and, if available, an electronic mail address at which the complaining party may be contacted;
5. A statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
6. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

1. Remove or disable access to the material that is alleged to be infringing;
2. Forward the written notification to the alleged infringer;
3. Take reasonable steps to promptly notify the alleged infringer that it has removed or disabled access to the material.

1. Promptly provide the complaining party with a copy of the counter notification;
2. Inform the complaining party that it will replace the removed material within ten (10) to fourteen (14) business days following the receipt of the counter notification, provided @rent’s Designated Agent has not received notice from the complaining party that an action has been filed seeking a court order to restrain the alleged infringer from engaging in infringing activity relating to the material on @rent’s network or system.

1. A physical or electronic signature of the alleged infringer;
2. Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled;
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that the alleged infringer has a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled;
4. The alleged infringer’s name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that the alleged infringer consents to jurisdiction of Federal District Court for the judicial district in which the address is located or, if the alleged infringer’s address is out of the United States, for any judicial district in which @rent may be found, and that the alleged infringer will accept service of process from the person who provided notification or the agent of such person.

Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy (“Policy”), effective June 29th 2018, tells you about @rent’s privacy practices governing personal information we may collect when you visit our website, and how we may use and share that information.  Your prior activities on the site may have been governed by an earlier version of this Policy. This site is intended for users located in the United States. From time to time, we may use your information for new, unanticipated uses not previously disclosed in our Policy.  If our information practices do change materially, we will post the changes to our website and revise our Policy accordingly.  In addition, if we have collected personally-identifying information from you, we will notify you and secure your consent before using your personal information in new ways. What Information Do We Collect? We collect personal and contact information (“Personal Information”) you choose to provide to us in connection with your activities on the site. In addition, for each visitor to our site, we automatically gather certain other potentially identifying information and store it in log files.  This information includes (as applicable) internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type and version, operating system, platform, date/time stamp of access, and referring web pages.  We collect and store this information on an individual basis and in aggregate, or combined, form. We also collect both user-specific and aggregate information on what pages visitors access or visit. “Do Not Track” Signals.  We do not currently have the capability to recognize browser “Do Not Track” signals.  We adhere to the standards set forth in this privacy policy. Cookies.  A cookie is a small text file that is stored on the user’s computer for record-keeping purposes.  If you reject cookies, you may still use our site, but your ability to use some areas of our site will be limited.  We use session cookies to make it easier for you to navigate our site. We use session cookies to record session information, such as which web pages a user has visited, and to track user activity on the site.  Session cookies expire when you close your browser. We also use persistent cookies, which expire after two weeks. Analytics.  To determine how many users visit our site, how often they visit this site, and to better understand the areas of greatest interest to our visitors, we use a tool called “Google Analytics” to compile this information for us.  As a result of your visit to our site, Google Analytics may collect information such as your domain type, your IP address and clickstream information. We do not combine the information collected through the use of Google Analytics with personally identifiable information.  Google’s ability to use and share information collected through Google Analytics about your visits to this site is restricted by the Google Analytics Terms of Use and the Google Privacy Policy.   How Do We Use the Information We Collect? We store and process your Personal Information to provide the site’s services, to personalize your experience on the site, and to contact you with messages we think might interest you. We use information we collect to analyze trends, to administer the site, and to track users’ movements around the site.  We also use this information to improve the content of our web pages and to make our site more useful to visitors. None of the Personal Information you provide to us through the site is displayed publicly.  We do not share Personal Information we collect with any third parties, except to the extent reasonably necessary to deliver services, to comply with law enforcement requests and judicial proceedings, and to ensure the safety and security of the site.  It is possible that, at some time in the future, our company may be sold along with its assets, or may engage in business transactions in which customer information is one of the assets transferred. In such a case, the customer information which we have gathered may be one of the business assets we transfer.  How Long Do We Keep the Information We Collect? We will retain your Personal Information in accordance with our continuing business need to service this relationship (for example, to send you information or notifications you have requested).  Information such as IP addresses and date/time stamp are stored for 7 days. Aggregate information may be retained indefinitely. User data provided by you in response to applications is maintained indefinitely. How to Access, Correct, and Delete Information You may request access to your Personal Information that we maintain.  Send your request to the postal address or email address provided below.  To help us process your request, please provide sufficient information to allow us to identify you in our records.   We also offer the opportunity to have inaccuracies corrected in all information we maintain about you.  You may also request that your Personal Information be deleted from our records (though we reserve the right to retain anonymized and/or aggregated information). We reserve the right to ask for information verifying your identity prior to disclosing any information to you, or correcting or deleting your information.  Should we ask for verification, the information you provide to verify your identity will be used only for that purpose, and all copies of this information in our possession will be destroyed when the process is complete.  Security The security of your Personal Information is important to us.  We follow generally accepted industry standards to protect the personal information submitted to us, and to guard that information against loss, misuse, or alteration.    Please note, however, that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure.  Therefore, while we use commercially-reasonable means to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.  Links to Third Party Sites This Policy applies only to information collected by this website.  From time to time, this website may link you to other sites (“Linked Sites”) that are not owned by us.  We do not control the collection or use of any information, including Personal Information, that occurs during your visit to the Linked Sites.  Further, we make no representations about the privacy policies or practices of the Linked Sites, and we are not responsible for their privacy practices.  Be careful of disclosing any of your personally identifiable information when leaving our site.  We encourage you to be aware when you leave our site and to read the privacy statements of every website that collects personally identifiable information.
